Ballroom Marfa
Visual Identity System

Our first and most pivotal project defined our partnership and working style together in 2012. On the outer rim of west Texas, Ballroom Marfa radiates as a cultural and arts institution that desired structure and cohesion across their programs. We brought a vibrant system to the table that created consistency as well as some big “whoa!” moments.

As one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences in our careers, we embarked on a rigorous identity and communications journey to awaken the Atlanta History Center’s presence in the community. We developed a brand system to perform across multiple platforms ranging from high-touch environmental experiences to high-energy campaign materials with vibrant photography by Jason Travis. Son&Sons was our home base for this work.
